Obecna fascynacja: Era wiktoriańska/ Current obsession: Victorian era

Od jakiś 4 miesięcy interesuję się wszystkim, co związane z erą wiktoriańską: modą, zwyczajami, literaturą, muzyką, itp. Na początek chciałabym zamówić sobie pare książek o tej tematyce, aby lepiej poznać ten interesujący okres w angielskiej historii. Ale wiadomo, moda najbardziej mnie interesuje. Nawet nie wiecie jak bardzo marzę o sukience stylizowanej na wiktoriańską, no i dodatki. To by było coś! :)

Jak na razie inspirację i główne wiadomości związane z erą wiktoriańską (szczególnie dotyczące ubioru i zwyczajów) czerpię z filmów kostiumowych i książek (głównie Jane Austen).

I've been interested in everything that is linked to Victorian era for 4 months. That includes: fashion, customs, literature, music, etc. For a start, I'd like to order some books talking about these things in order to know more and more about this fascinating period in English history.  But you know me, I adore Victorian dresses. And it's not a secret that I would be over the moon if I had one. It's my dream! Dress and accessories. That would be something! :)

For now, I take inspirations and information about this period from costume dramas and books (mostly Jane Austen's).
